As part of a collaborative app development project with my peers, we created SPAN (South Park Assistance Network), an initiative focused on strengthening the relationship between Lamar University and the surrounding South Park community. I took a leading role in project development, contributing to both the design and strategy of the app. By creating user personas and identifying key user experience pain points, I helped guide the team toward a more intuitive, accessible design.
